From January 29 the Hunting Season is at its height at the restaurants of Grand Hotel Emerald.

During this week we call your attention to the special hunting menu. The head-cook of the restaurants of the hotel - Vasily Malyshev, offers you to taste dishes from game - deer, roe, pheasant, wild boar.
Special menu:
- Salad from smoked deer and fresh vegetables with gold-of-pleasure oil
- Pheasant soup with home-made noodles
- Roe in a pot, stewed with vegetables
- Hunting quenelle from wild boar with mushroom risotto and chestnut sauce
